These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between jets7 and any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the jets7.io platform in any capacity. The Terms apply to all products and services offered by jets7, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, crash games, virtual games, and any promotional or bonus offerings.

By ticking the acceptance checkbox during the registration process, by depositing funds, or by placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety and that you agree to be bound by them. Acceptance of these Terms is a mandatory condition of use — partial acceptance is not recognised.

Each individual may register only one jets7 account. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

jets7 conducts identity verification checks on all accounts as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You agree to cooperate fully with any KYC request and to supply original or certified copies of identity documents — such as a National ID Card, passport, or utility bill — when requested. KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any third party.
• You must notify jets7 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• jets7 will not be liable for any loss arising from the unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your credentials.
• Account sharing — allowing another person to access and use your jets7 account — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure.

All financial transactions on jets7 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jets7 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Specific minimum and maximum limits for each payment method are displayed in the cashier section of your account dashboard and are subject to change.

In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules take precedence for that game or market.

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. Jets7 reserves the right to void or cancel any bet where a technical error, data feed failure, or obvious pricing error is identified.
• Maximum payout limits apply per game, per session, and per day. These limits are displayed in each game's information panel and are subject to change.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change up to the point at which a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• In-play cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are subject to live data feeds. Settlement is based on official match results. In the event of a suspended or abandoned match, bets will be settled in accordance with the rules published for that market.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for digital games and by live human dealers for live casino tables. jets7 does not manipulate game outcomes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jets7 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of all balances and pending withdrawals, and reporting to relevant authorities:

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits jets7's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
